Leadership Alabama is pleased to share with you the attached summary of the results from the recent Leadership Alabama membership survey. Overwhelmingly, respondents indicated that they wanted more opportunities for engagement with other Leadership Alabama members, whether on a local, regional or state level. Many of you encouraged us to increase the branding or public awareness of Leadership Alabama, its mission and accomplishments. And, not surprisingly, you asked for more consistent, informative communication.
Please know that we are still evaluating everything and will identify two or three of the most frequently-submitted items that we can reasonably and effectively fold into next year’s overall plans. As you requested, we definitely want to plan more events/forums/fieldtrips, so that objective is at the top of the list. We plan to work with you, the Regional Councils and Leadership Alabama’s board to facilitate meaningful and enjoyable activities, and we will send periodic updates about the status of our “action items” as we proceed.
